Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – It was concluded at a meeting Prime Minister Dusko Markovic had with representatives of EasyJet, EasyJet Holidays and Karisma Hotels&Resorts that Montenegro was an attractive tourist destination with a great potential for further development, which offered an excellent opportunity for the companies such as EasyJet.
“The Government is committed to developing tourism and improving the overall infrastructure, as a key precondition for further development of this economic sector,” said Markovic.
The Government’s Public Relations Service says in a press release that Markovic reminded of the plans for valorisation of the Podgorica and Tivat airports, which are of key importance for the development of tourism.
Markovic said that the Government was open for a strategic partnership with EasyJet, which is, according to Executive Director Johan Lundgren, interested in long-term investments.
The company is interested in offering unique travel arrangements for Montenegro through EasyJet Holidays, in partnership with Karisma Hotel&Resorts which operates a hotel complex in Ulcinj. Longer version of article is available on a link MINA ENGLISH SERVIS
