Prequalification procedure launched

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Economy has launched a public call for prequalification procedure within the framework of the Energy Efficiency Programme for Public Buildings (EEPPB).

“Prequalification procedure is announced in order to select the bidders for the tender for the implementation of the energy monitoring system, which will serve as a basic tool for increasing long-term energy efficiency in public buildings in Montenegro, enabling monitoring of energy and water consumption, as well as corresponding costs in public buildings,” the Ministry says in a press release.

The prequalification tender will be open until 7 June.

The energy monitoring system will include billing information for around 2,500 public buildings in Montenegro and automatic data gathering for around 250 buildings.

The project includes the procurement of hardware for centralized core system components and software.

“The services will include the implementation of equipment in about 250 public buildings, an initial setup of the system including master data, training and long-term maintenance and support,” the press release says.
