Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to preliminary statistics published by Monstat, the real economic growth rate saw a five percent increase in the third quarter.
Monstat says in a press release that the gross domestic product amounted to €1.53 billion in the third quarter, up from €1.42 billion in the same period last year.
The nominal GDP growth rate saw a 7.7 percent increase in this year’s third quarter.
Monstat publishes the results of its calculation of a quarterly gross domestic product in both current and constant prices, using a consumption-based approach, by different categories of consumption.
The calculation is based on the official statistics.
