Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Crnogorska komercijalna banka (CKB) has decided to organize a closed issue of shares to the existing shareholder, based on the preemprive right, amounting to around €45 million.
It was decided at a shareholders’ meeting held in late May that a total of 88,010 shares, with the nominal value of €511.29 per share, would be issued.
CKB notified the shareholder that it could buy the shares, in proportion to its stake in the bank, in the following 30 days.
According to Central Depository Agency, OTP Bank is a 100 percent owner of CKB.
